Output
outputTerminal node. Its input image is rendered to the visible canvas by the engine. Wire a spline into the optional `spline` input to unlock an SVG button alongside Image and Video — it saves that path at the current playhead as a standalone .svg, styled by the stroke/fill params that appear with it. With exportMode=sequence the SVG button writes one .svg per frame over the export frame range instead, matching the image sequence's naming and delivery.

- gotcha
- Wiring a spline unlocks an SVG export button; the spline is snapshotted into ctx.state by Output's compute, but the engine never renders it — the canvas only shows `image`.
- gotcha
- exportMode=sequence makes the SVG button write one `name.0000.svg` per frame over startFrame/endFrame at videoFps via seqDelivery; other modes save a single .svg at the playhead.
- gotcha
- The `render` aux output carries no value; it only exists to link this Output into a Render Queue node as a queue item.
- gotcha
- videoPreset names the outcome (ProRes master, H.264 review, hardware HEVC delivery…) and overrides the encoder rows; videoPreset=custom exposes videoQuality/videoFormat/videoCodec and friends.
- gotcha
- A fast-tier export (preset preview-fast, or custom videoQuality=fast) locks output fps to the live render rate (MediaRecorder); sequence, gif and high/max video step the clock at videoFps.
- gotcha
- videoCodec=qtrle (QuickTime Animation) is forced to a .mov container and is always alpha-bearing, unlike prores which needs videoAlpha plus a 4444/4444xq profile.
- gotcha
- resolution=custom sizes the export from resWidth/resHeight in pixels; canvas uses the project resolution and scale multiplies it by resScale.
- gotcha
- startFrame/endFrame is a half-open range [start, end): frame count = end − start, so the 0/240 default renders 240 frames.
